● Awarded $3193 to seven groups or teams who requested funding
● Gave $1250 in scholarships to graduating seniors
● Provided two meals for teachers during conferences
● Hosted senior lunch at Montezuma’s Restaurant
● Paid a portion of the senior banners
● Operation Graduation operates under the non-profit status of the Dolores Bears Booster Club.

We have had a very difficult time finding committed volunteers for ongoing duties. We were unable to fill two of our offices this past school year, which put added work on the three officers currently serving. We all agree this is not sustainable. If we cannot elect a
full group of officers for the coming school year, Dolores Bears Booster Club will have to disband, meaning all of the above listed funding would either go away or have to be picked up by another entity. Our wonderful Bear Backers donated $7525 last year to our programs. There is great community support for the Booster Club and a great need from our students and teachers, but we can’t continue without more help.
