Hi! I’m Pam and this will be my third year as the Administrative Assistant at Teddy Bear Preschool. I have worked at this center as a Special Needs Para and a classroom substitute since 2014. I also worked at Mesa View Headstart in Cortez for 8 years. I love working in early childhood education because I love children and I feel it is a way of giving back to the community. I would like to share some things about myself: I have four sisters and a brother, and I also have the joy of being an aunt to three nieces and a nephew. I was born and raised in Cortez, CO by two amazing, hardworking parents who moved to this area about 30 years ago. They are originally from Mexico and we go to visit family there as often as we can. Family is very important to me and I hope to reflect that family love and respect when interacting with you all.
