Timeline of the building Project from inception to completion

November 2023 Dolores Passed a Bond to pay for a portion of the $29 million project.
December 2024: The BEST grant was awarded to the Dolores School District
Ground will be broken June of 2025
Project completion will be April of 2027

Master Plan Approved

Dolores School Board has approved the Master Plan for in 2023.

The details in the master plan have been used to create the Dolores School District’s Building Excellent Schools Today (BEST) Grant with the Colorado Department of Education. This grant was submitted in January of 2023 and updated in March of 2023. The result of the application will be given in May of 2023.
